Registration Forms IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS: You will pay separately for registration, spiritwear and the team swim suit. Please bring three checks or cash. Credit cards will be accepted only for swim suit purchases. Download the following six forms, print and completely fill out to turn in at registration.
