Practice Schedules:
PHS Swim Team practices Monday through Friday, 2:30-4:15 p.m. at Mountain Park Aquatic Center. Dryland or weights follow until 5:15 p.m.
PHS Dive Team practices Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-9 p.m., and Friday 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Mountain Park Aquatic Center.
